history repeating, relevant as ever: when MC Merkle-girl was droping her mercyless rhymes for the first time during the "Deutsche Bundestag" she was a little unsure about the non-existing beats of stunning minds around herself. so she got in touch with the Zeitgeist-producers Desmond Denker and Terrorrythmus for doing it in a strictly Leitkultur-style. together they wake you from a deep sleep of delusion: "one can not rely on what is said before the elections, is really after the elections and we must expect that this can be repeated in different ways."

He's definitely one of the most important figures of bass oriented music in western germany. The producer, sound technician and musician Desmond Denker gained experiences in heavy bass music by co-running the label Basspräsidium and producing the riddims for the Colognian basstard-ravers "Bambam Babylon Bajasch". Due to his interest for experimental music he started the Jazz-Noise group "The Nest", who blew minds in 2012 with their first LP on Denovali-Records. Desmond Denker is rinsing eclectic selections for the infamous and wildly spread "Geheimklub". Besides this he's engaged in creating music for theater pieces and assures a good sound in TV-movie productions.

Terrorrythmus, a German producer and DJ from Bremen, has been involved in the bassmusic-scene for ten years, back when jungle and breakcore were hip. His party-series „Subunternehmen“ has been the first ever event to bring Dubstep into the Hanseatic city . By now the 26-year-old musician is crazy about footwork and trap but still hasn’t forgotten his roots. He promotes his sound with his own imprint "Latenz" and the "DOOM"-parties. His latest EP on "Yarn Audio" fits perfectly into the trap- and juke-genre, which slowly but surely also gets German dancefloors to go nuts. His tracks are full of wicked breaks and broken beats, a homage to the roughness of early jungle. Terrorrythmus isn’t chasing the hype but jumps easily between elements of various genres. A refreshingly personal interpretation of bassmusic.
